Monday 7.15pm ~ At Crystal Palace Osteopath, 10 Westow Street
This class is an hour of still calming poses and deep stretches to help you relax and unwind in your body and mind. There’s no rush and no need to stay in sync with anyone else. You can fully switch off and allow yourself to release tension and restore your connection with yourself. Suitable for beginners.

Tuesday 12.30pm (50mins) ~ At The Little Escape Studio, Paxton Mews
A dynamic and warming workout with a delicious relaxation at the end - and just the right length to fit a lovely yoga session into your lunch break. Suitable for beginners.

VINYASA FLOW 6.30pm
Wednesday 6.30pm + 8pm ~ Upstairs At Brown & Green Life, Crystal Palace Park
In this class we start with a warm up then some dynamic flowing yoga to build heat in your body. Finally we take it to the floor to stretch deeply and end with a relaxation pose. This class aims to revitalise your body, mind and spirit. Suitable for beginners.

8-9pm ~ Upstairs At Brown & Green Life, Crystal Palace Park
Yoga to help you manage Menopause Symptoms. Re-establish balance in your body, mind and nervous system. Using movement and breath work you can reduce stress, improve sleep and gain strength and flexibility. Helping you reconnect your body and mind during what can be a challenging time.
