Private 1:1 Yoga With Fliss 

Sometimes you need a more personalised yoga experience.

On Monday, Tuesday and Friday daytimes I teach one to ones (or very small groups).

You tell me what you’re looking for and any injuries/limitations you’re working with and I tailor a class specifically to your needs, private classes can include breath work, strengthening poses, stretching and deep relaxation.

I also specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, Post natal yoga and Yoga for Menopause.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or have lots of previous yoga experience, we’ll work at your pace and go deeper into your practice to find a way to make yoga poses work for your body. Ending in deep relaxation you will leave you feeling well oiled, relaxed and equipped to face your day.
